China’s finest tea masters have created this beautiful blend to be enjoyed for its pure taste and restorative properties. The sweet taste really comes out in Biluochun. Peach, apricot and plum trees are planted among the bushes. When these fruit trees bloom, the tender sprouts and buds of the tea absorb the aromas to be passed on to those who drink their infusion. The tender leaves must be brewed quickly (1min or less) to get the true flavour. The water temperature should be on the lower side (75c) to reduce bitterness.
