This is one of the rarest and most beneficial of all teas. The buds are harvested before the tender shoots fully open which gives this tea it’s subtle, delicate flavour. White Tea is not oxidized, contains very little caffeine and is sourced from the finest tea estates in China. White tea contains nine active polyphenols that act synergistically to inhibit cancer growth, neutralize viral outbreaks and assist with general well being.
