This short film features Mr Chang, a tea master in Taiwan. Mr Chang and his family own and operate a boutique tea garden in the high mountains of Shan lin Xi. This footage was shot on a recent trip and shows tasting the tea for the first time after three days of picking and processing. Not only was the sweet flavour and aroma remarkable but I was particularly impressed by the intense colour which the leaves produced when brewed.
